At DulfiTech we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD.
Data controller
DulfiTech, based in Madrid (Spain), contact email info@dulfitech.com. Full fiscal details (registered name, VAT number and registered address) are provided on request at info@dulfitech.com.
What data we collect
We collect the information you submit through the contact form (name, email, phone, company, message), technical browsing data (IP, user-agent, country), and — if you sign into the client portal — your credentials and uploaded files.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, send proposals, deliver the contracted service and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent, contract performance, or our legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship.
Retention
Leads are kept for 24 months from last contact. Active client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable legal period (6 fiscal years).
Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology providers acting as processors (Appwrite for storage, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting). We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@dulfitech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
